Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, location, and preferred way to be contacted.
• Buyer-profile information, including acquisition goals, available capital, financing readiness, credit range, assets, debt, ownership preferences, and notes you choose to provide.
• Business-owner information, including company details, financial ranges, operating history, transition goals, inquiry responses, calculator results submitted with your inquiry, and files you choose to upload.
• Guide-request information, including your email address, the resource requested, the source funnel, time of request, and whether you requested a Substack signup link.
• Ordinary technical and security information created when the site is used, such as request, device, browser, and error data maintained by our hosting and security providers.

How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to inquiries and evaluate whether our services may be a fit;
• deliver requested guides and a backup download email;
• prepare for conversations and preserve the context you submitted;
• record newsletter-signup requests and other consent choices;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
• maintain business records and meet contractual or legal obligations.

Service providers and other recipients

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to Enduring Equity personnel, professional advisers, and service providers that support our website and business processes. Principal providers currently include Vercel for hosting, ClickUp for lead and inquiry records, and Resend for guide-delivery email.

Substack operates the Enduring Equity newsletter. Requesting a guide does not subscribe you to Substack. If you choose to visit or subscribe through Substack, Substack handles that interaction under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization. We do not sell website personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, administer a potential or actual relationship, maintain security and business records, comply with law, and protect or enforce legal rights. Retention periods can vary by record type.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit information that the form does not request.

Your choices and requests

Newsletter signup is optional and completed separately through Substack. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to records we reasonably need to retain for legal, security, contractual, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Children and updates

The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
