Enduring Equity
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Enduring Equity public website.
Effective August 23, 2026Informational website
The site provides general information about Enduring Equity and its services. Website content, calculators, guides, and examples are educational estimates, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, valuation, or other professional advice.
No offer, commitment, or client relationship
Nothing on the public site is an offer to buy or sell a security, a promise of financing, a guarantee of results, or a commitment to represent or do business with any person. Submitting a form or downloading a guide does not create a client, advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
Any engagement with Enduring Equity requires separate review and, where applicable, a written agreement. Client Portal access and any opportunity-specific materials are governed by their own agreements, disclosures, and eligibility requirements.
Calculators and submitted information
Calculator outputs depend on the assumptions and information entered and may not reflect taxes, transaction costs, financing terms, diligence findings, market changes, or the facts of a particular business. You are responsible for reviewing important decisions with qualified advisers.
Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, must not infringe another person's rights, and must not contain malicious code or material you are not authorized to share.
Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful personal or business evaluation. You may not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, scrape or copy it at scale, impersonate another person, submit false or harmful material, or use the site in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Intellectual property and third-party services
The site, brand, text, graphics, guides, and software are owned by Enduring Equity or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may keep a requested guide for your own internal evaluation but may not sell, republish, or commercially exploit site materials without written permission.
The site may link to services operated by others, including the Client Portal and Substack. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee or endorse the availability, accuracy, or security of a third-party service.
Availability and responsibility
We may change, suspend, or discontinue site features and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Colorado law governs these terms to the extent applicable, without overriding nonwaivable rights.
